Hi Parine.
I have levelled out onto a plateau and presently I am having some ups and downs - but even on one of my down days I am still better than I was before I started the program. The program does indicate that recovery is not linear - there will be ups and downs and some of the downs can bad -Ashok gives some very pertinent advice on the DVD's regarding the "Dips" in the curve. Ashok indicates not to push physical boundaries until you are getting closer to full recovery but I am better physically than I was before. Unfortunately I have a problem with actually knowing to what point I can recover physically. I've had CFS for over 20 years and it became extremely severe when I was 69 years old - I am now going on for 75 so I have grown old and weaker with CFS - the physical deterioration simply due to the ageing process is a problem for me.
If I were not to improve any more than I am at the moment I would consider my purchase of the program worth every cent, for example before I started the program I suffered very badly from brain fog and drowsiness. I would wake totally unrefreshed by sleep, I would have to have naps in the morning, afternoon and go to bed early, that doesn't happen now. I am confident that I will continue to make improvements and maybe eventually become fully recovered.
Cheers Ken |

hang in there ken,
ive been noticing that i find alot of different things that sort of add up to good improvements.
I take about 10 different supplements that give me small improvements by themselves, but all together help a good amount.
Maybe the gupta programme combined with an antioxidant or supplement regimen or some other treatment will be enough to make you feel relly good.
Just keep trying hard
I have alot of ups and downs also. I do well for a while then i over exert or do something that sets me back a couple weeks. |
