Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia

I am in my early 20's and i am so tired all the time. Sometime even when i havent done anything i feel totally exhausted. I feel like im on sedative drugs or something. Can i get tested for Chronic Fatigue?

you should go to the doctor and get a check up. Make sure and get your thyroid and adrenals checked. Alot of times when people have fatigue problems they are a result of hypothyroid and hypoadrenal problems. There is a test that can tell you weather you have CFS or not. Basically you only know you have chronic fatigue if they cant find anything else wrong with you

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is not only about being tired. It is a serious disease that can change your whole life. Did your problems come on with an illness like a bad cold?Alot of times people with chronic fatigue begin feeling sick after a bad flu or cold. You could be anemic or have a thyroid problem. you should definately go to the doctor and get a chec up
