i take a drug called sinequan, its an old type of anti-depressant but is is also the stongest anti-histamine that there this. A small amount of this drug at bed time completely knocks me out. And you can take it for long periods of time. I can finally sleep the whole night without waking up Smile

I take sinequan too, I like it. it totally helps with my sleep. The only problem is that it makes my mouth really dry sometimes. I always have to keep a glass of water next to my bed
