Just joined this forum
Have been on the AR 10 months..and really find it AMAZING. I cannot believe how far I have come. Prior to the programme Id been bedridden for 10 months with no signs of improvement. Im into my 5th year of cfs . My pattern over the last few years was one of get up go out ...crash...for 8 weeks at a time[bedridden]. Get up go out .....crash etc.
I have tried lots of things but everything just made me worse.
Now I can walk around the block every second day, up all day, sleep, no pain..........no fog etc I feel normal !!!!!!!!....
Give this a try....even if it only helps you to sleep !!!what a difference that makes .

Nice to hear you doing so well. I'm also doing well on the Gupta Program, I'm much better than I used to be and even if I never get 100 percent well at least it works much better than anything else I've ever tried.
