mono was the onset for me - i kept waiting to get better but never did - i've been fighting this for 6 years now and i feel like it has sucked my youth from me. symptoms began when i was 23 and was finally diagnosed at age 25. i've worked with several naturopaths over the past 4 years and have had significant improvements but no cure.

has anyone done the "fatigued to fantastic" program? i just finished reading the book last week and will be starting the program tomorrow. any input????

thanks in advance and keep faith for a cure!

p.s. yeah i know what it feels like to walk around with a million piills everyday and try to hide them b/c people think you're crazy - i have to use serious time management to make sure i get all my pills in for the day

p.p.s yeah my epstein levels are still raised even after 6 years from the initial infection, which is not normal for the average individual; typically after 6 months of the onset, your levels SHOULD decrease significantly and stay low for life - but for me (and a lot of CFS sufferers) such is not the case
