Hi,
During the past 30 minutes I have read an assortment of postings on the CFS site. But I NEED HELP to navigate this whole site. I just discovered it, and I do not understand this CODE or Img or how you use List and the other List. I was not even sure if I filled out the application correctly.

I am 66 years old. A little over a year ago, after I'd setteled into my new home, I was doing so well that I though I was one of these "recovered from CFS people.) This year I have had recurring episodes with bronchitis, sinus infections, 'the flu' and wipe out. I have an appointment with the doctor who diagnosed and treated me before I moved out of New York City in late 2006. The appointment is this Wednesday, and I hope to get a B12 IV Drip, a new prescription for B12 and needles so I can contine to give myself the injections as I need them. I am really glad to have found you all. In particular I need help to understand this site better. Thank you

hi,
welcome to the forum. B12 shots are one of the few things that seem to help most people with CFS that ive come across.
I hope it gives you some relief.
If you got better once, it seems like you should be able to get better again.

Dont worry about the code or quotes bottons on the top unless you want to get fancy with your posts.Wink

Hi, I was very interested to read this post as I'm in a similar situation.
I'm 25 years old, living in the UK and was diagnosed with CFS 9 years ago after I was seriously ill. I thought I was over CFS or at least managing it well but since I moved into my new flat I have had 10 viral infections in the past few months and the medics have diagnosed me with CFS again.

I have gone to the alternative therapy of reflexology as this seemed to work 9 years ago and I felt it would be a good place to start. The medics in the UK say there is no cure to this and I believe I am doing all I can to try and manage it again.

Unfortunately my employer is demanding to know when I'll return to work full-time (far less part-time) and I cannot give them an answer. I tried returning about a month ago on a part-time basis but picked up another chest infection which led to several other viral infections.

I'm trying to stay motivated and I've got a lot of support from family and friends but I'm beginning to be at a loss as to what to do.

I'd be very grateful of other people's experience of CFS and if there's anything else which can help.

Thanks

insomniac - I get that error message too - I think it is a fault on the website - I just check by going back to the forum and always find the post has gone thru OK.
Try the Gupta Program - a lot of people are getting relief thru that.
