I am hoping to hear positive stories on STRATTERA helping the fatigue of CFS.....PLEASE SHARE........I have tried EVERYTHING for THIRTY YEARS now..........
My 18 year old was diagnosed with CFS a few months ago. We are trying a few things through our local doctor, but I wanted to get a more expert opinion from a doc that sees CFS patients as their focus. It's not that I don't believe the diagnosis. I definitely do. But, I would like to hear from more of an expert on what more we can try vs. things we should avoid. ...
Recently I have been asked to get a new full blood test by my family doctor to rule out anything that might be causing my fatigue/faintness symptoms. I want to get it done but I am not sure if I am physically well enough to do it. I am afraid there is a risk I might faint during the blood draw. Should I risk it or should I go to the hospital to ...
I’m a 26 year old man and have been feeling severe fatigue that has been unrelieved by rest for almost 8 years now. Currently I am living with my parents and am almost bedbound for the entire day. I am managing fine now but I am wondering what I am going to do years from now when I can’t rely on my parents for support. What kind of support center could I go to ...
I'm finding my hair getting really thin at the moment its been like this for the last 7 months. I still have hair but its extremely brittle and dry like it has zero life in it. I've tried various shampoos and hair conditioners none which make any difference.
One thing I read is that hair loss and thinning can occur for people who take amitriptyline. In the last 7 months I went from taking 10mg ...

I frequented this forum about a year and a half ago and was prompted to rejoin when I read something about BPD (borderline personality disorder) and the amygdala. Since I have both BPD and CFS, I thought maybe the Amygdala might be a key.
I have tried EFT in the past - but haven't stuck with it. I am getting supplements as I can and trying to get rid of candida, which I ...
With the benefit hell many people are going through in the uk with CFS at the moment i was thinking a pack full of studies and research showing the negative effects of stress, pushing yourself and being forced into doing more than you feel able to would be helpful.
Have any proper scientific studies been done on this? Or possibly some consultants i could write to and ask for letters explaining how they've found M.E. ...
I would greatly appreciate any insight into the the challenges and experience of developing or maintaining a healthy personal/family life while living with CFS.
Specific to my own story: I have experienced cycles of relapse and remission since childhood. I am now almost 40 years old. My private and internal time has been spent developing deep health, spiritual peace, and learning all I can about myself. Externally, I have repeatedly exhausted what resources ...
I'm trying to determine if I have CFS. So far doctors cannot find anything wrong with me and it looks more and more likely that I might have CFS. The problem is, 50% of the time I am OK. I feel pretty good and can operate at 100% efficiency. Then, a trigger hits me and I take a HUGE dive. Fatigue hits me and I lose at least 50% of my life, if ...
