Has anyone looked into this? I have very high histamine levels plus chronic fatigue - plus terrible food intolerances whereby I only eat a few foods. I am also intolerant to lots of drugs. Anyone any ideas?

Hi just wondering does anyone else get hair thinning? I've had it almost straight from the day I got cfs. I'm pretty sure it must be linked as I had such a full hair before cfs then bam it suddenly gets very thin. Just another crap thing I have to deal with. It really depresses me.

Who else gets leg fatigue/weakness, I have been steadily improving but still find my legs tire easily especially when walking, I have recently started rebounding and have found its improved my leg strength but Im only doing 5 minutes per day atm, I work part time and do plenty of walking at work but always have fatigued legs after walking or standing, my acupuncturists tells me to do more leg strengthening exercises.
