I just wanted to say that ive learned alot from everyone. this really helps
anyways... i wanted to know what are the typical ways you guys use to keep you pain manageable. I take Nsaid's like ibuprofen and aleve, They seem to help sometimes. I just tried some antifungal(herbal) to get rid of yeast. I just wanted to give it a try,since ive tried everything else. It didnt really seem to do anything. Neither good or bad. I just wanted to see if others had a positive or negatve reaction to this. I like sharing my experiences, and i like hearing about yours!

My Doctor just perscribed this amitryptiline for my fibromyalgia and it is making me so fatigued that i dont know if i can keep taking it. Its so hard to get up in the morning and it makes me sleepy during the day. Hopefully this is just a side effect that will go away. My doctor says it will take about a week or too to adjust, i hope thats all i need. Ill keep ...

I have these random twitches in my face and neck sometimes. They just seem to come out of nowhere. Can anyone here relate to this or am i on my own on this one???

I have really bad pain in my feet, i also have pain in my legs, but it is not as severe. Does anyone else have bad foot pain? I havent really heard anyone else talk about it. I hope im not the only one

Not too long algo i had some blood work done and i was found to have a magnesium deficiency. The doctor siad that alot of people with fibromyalia have magnesium deficiencies. Anyone else have this or know or any vitamins i could take to help me with my symptoms?

Recently ive been having a really bad flare up and i was wondering how long other peoples lasted. I had one that was about 5 months long and anotther one that was about a simliar length of time. I just started using solonpas patches for my fibro pain. They are really helping alot. I was really unhappy with the drugs my doctor had perscribed me, but a friend told me about these thing and they help so much. The heat from the patches feels so soothing. Just wanted to metion these to you so you can give them a try. Let me know if these are working for you
