Dear everyone, I have had the Gupta programme for a while but always started it and never got very far. My anxiety levels are so high that although i dont have neg thoughts all the time i feel on edge , panicky and anxious which is stopping ne doing anything. I've been on the Gupta programme for six months now, and I seem to have recovered enough that I'm going back to what I really want to do with my life. I was just wondering whether it's worth trying this therapy when one has significant physical symptoms that are overlapping with the psycological aspect?
