Can anyone convince me to try?

Hi

I have been reading the posts here and I could be wrong but it seems overall the Gupta programme helps those with anxiety and not the CFS symptoms such as brainfog, mental and physical exhaustion.

I was in a highly anxious jittery state a couple of months back, every noise would set off a panic reaction and i thought i was actually going to have a breakdown my mind would not stop racing. I ...

New to Gupta programme

Hi I started the amygdala retraining 6 days ago. Find it incredibly positive and encouraging. However already I find that I am not doing the training as often as I did over the first few days. How do I keep at it and keep the motivation going? I really believe it can help me!

No response to questions re: Gupta package

Hi all,

I'm brand new on the board and have been incessantly researching the Gupta program over the past few weeks. I'm convinced it will help me and ordered the program a week ago. I sent them an email about the MCS exercises as it says to do on the website as well as a question about how to get the Accelerator, but have not heard anything back. I also called the office and left ...

I just have 1 query....I was wondering if any of you have you found that the course is just as successful for people on medication?
I am on antidepressants (cymbalta) at the mo, not for depression but just mainly because they seem to help stabilise some ...

Oct 2010 Course was fantastic!

Hi all,

My first time on this forum so hello everyone. I've been using Gupta techniques for about a week now and feel so much calmer already . And combined with the two day course I've just been on this weekend I can say it's been life-changing.

A bit of background to me: I'm had ME-symptoms for years but have only had periods of being very ill in the past few years and the frequency ...

Reconciling XMRV and Gupta

Just a thought:

The study that just came out said that something like 3 out of 37 healthy people have XMRV, and 32 out of 37 sick people have it. While this definitely proves a correlation between being sick and having the virus, what's interesting is sort of lost in the numbers. If there are far more healthy people than sick people, it's actually still the case that the many--maybe even the majority--of people with ...
