Discuss The Guptra Programme's Amygdala Retraining Techniqes

Reconciling XMRV and Gupta

Just a thought:

The study that just came out said that something like 3 out of 37 healthy people have XMRV, and 32 out of 37 sick people have it. While this definitely proves a correlation between being sick and having the virus, what's interesting is sort of lost in the numbers. If there are far more healthy people than sick people, it's actually still the case that the many--maybe even the majority--of people with ...

I'm feeling good - this is my goodbye

I haven't posted anything here for a while, and with good reaseon; I am feeling much better and am enjoying life more and more. However, I don't want to confirm the cliché of people getting better and then falling off the radar. The internet and various forums like this have helped me with info and support. As a bit of gratitude, with a final message, I'd like to let you - and future readers - ...

At the six month mark, I seem to be recovering

I've been on the Gupta programme for six months now, and I seem to have recovered enough that I'm going back to what I really want to do with my life. I have to admit to being a bit skeptical about whether the programme made the difference for me, but I still think it's worth a try. You can read my full six-month review on my blog at:

Have a new copy of Gupta Programme to sell

Hi - I am a fairly mild CFS patient - bought the Gupta program when I was having a particularly low day but changed my mind (I recovered once just letting my own body heal itself, and trust that to happen again) - too late, they won't take back it seems!

It has been unopened. I will sell for $150 (I paid $200 for it) plus a minimum charge of shipping (I imagine $5 or ...

Is the program useful for heavily symptomatic sufferers?

Hi there,

I was just wondering whether it's worth trying this therapy when one has significant physical symptoms that are overlapping with the psycological aspect?

I personally suffer from adrenal exhaustion, liver congestion/a feeling of toxicity and many gut problems, most notably constipation. Like so many I have been given the all clear by conventional medicine and contrastingly pretty much every alternative diagnosis under the sun. My body, mind and history tell me a previous ...

Support in Cambridge, UK?

I'm about to start the Ashok Gupta amygdala retraining program and was thinking it would be nice to have some support. Anyone else about to start or recently started the program in Cambridge, UK (or nearby). Want to meet up to talk about it?
