My anxiety levels are so high that although i dont have neg thoughts all the time i feel on edge , panicky and anxious which is stopping ne doing anything. I've been on the Gupta programme for six months now, and I seem to have recovered enough that I'm going back to what I really want to do with my life. I have to admit to being a bit skeptical about whether the programme made the difference for me, but I still think it's worth a try.
