Hi, I was prescribed a series of methyl B12 injections by my CFS specialist, and they've helped enormously. The course has now finished, and my symptoms are becoming worse again. I've asked the specialist to prescribe more injections, but he said it's up to my GP. My GP refuses as he says it's not a "recognised" treatment for CFS.

With the benefit hell many people are going through in the uk with CFS at the moment i was thinking a pack full of studies and research showing the negative effects of stress, pushing yourself and being forced into doing more than you feel able to would be helpful.

Have any proper scientific studies been done on this? Or possibly some consultants i could write to and ask for letters explaining how they've found M.E. ...
