Vitamin/herbal supplements that helped or done nothing

I will be continously updating and editing this post, so bear with me. There's alot of supplements here folks. Does anyone know of any UK doctors who endorse B12?

Hi,

I'm interested in trying vitamin b12 but every doctor I have mentioned it to has refused to have anything to do with it. Does anyone know of any UK doctors who are willing to use it? Someone in Berkshire/Oxfordshire/Buckinghamshire/London would be ideal.

Thanks,

Emma
