Can anyone recommend a site for purchasing supplements online in bulk to save money? I usually buy from my local health food store but I know they mark up their products a lot.

I'm interested in trying vitamin b12 but every doctor I have mentioned it to has refused to have anything to do with it. Does anyone know of any UK doctors who are willing to use it? Someone in Berkshire/Oxfordshire/Buckinghamshire/London would be ideal.

I take digestive enzymes. By default, I found that if I eat a high protein meal and take enzymes I don't get cloudy urine. My own doc didn't even know what to make of it. I'm guessing I don't have enough natural enzymes of my own to break down protein.

I'm wondering if I should also take them on an empty stomach to try to heal the lining of the gut. They are so expensive ...

but, for now, I'm getting worse,

my friend has fibromyalgia. several doctors have recommended she try a supplement called Superfood. due to her other medical conditions, no single supplement(magnesium,zinc...ect)would work because it would set off another condition. they said the superfood is designed better so that everything thats in it would balance each other out and not flare anything up and that the combination of ingredients would be absorbed better into her system. i have looked at GNC and other vitamin ...
