i take a pill called vitalzymes. Its an enzyme supplement my dr gave me. It really helps with concentration. This is one this that i know if i take i will always feel a little bit better. Its supposed to help with blood flow.
I recently tried sublingual B12 supplements. I took it before bedtime. About the next 24 hrs I had complete insomnia and felt alot of anxiety.I think it was the B12 i also took co-q10 and chromium supplements. Any similar experiences to this?
I found a vitamin that really helped me with chronic fatiguw. It's called ATN/MSM. If you want to know any more about this let me know. Other wise look it up and give it a try
These adrenal pills give me some extra the energy in the morning. I have a really hard time waking up. The pills are adrenal extract with B vitamins. Give it a try.
i just thought that i would share this one because it has helped me alot. Ive been taking 2, 25 mg benadryl at bedtime and this has worked wonders for my sleep problems. It helps me fall asleep more easily. But i still do wake up early somethimes
