One of the worst personality traits of CFS sufferers is Perfectionism. I have big problems with this trait - is there anyone out there who might have answers about how to combat this problem.
Thanks Ken |

thats an interesting symptom ken.
Maybe it has somethng to do with anxiety or stress.
I have a hard time relaxing, maybe it has something to do with that. If you cant ever just rest or relax maybe your mind gets preoccupied with making everything perfect.
just an idea. |

Hi Kenvj
You might get some insights with reading some eastern philosophy.... [Jiddu Krishnamurti, echart tolle] I know you are doing the Ar...which part of is standing back looking at yourself... becoming the observer....... Understanding your particular need to be perfect.?????..which really doesn't exist..... perfection that is !.... good luck
