| i take probiotics too, My doctor recommended the brand called Essential Formulas. She said it was the only brand of probiotics that had studies behind it to prove that the strains of beneficial bacteria in it were effective in improving the immune system |

| Right now i take IBS Advantag for my IBS and it has probiotics. But i haven't been able to find any good info on it. It worked ok for two weeks or so but now i am back to my old self again, and with repercussions. Do you guys suggest something else (not too expensive) or know anything about this stuff i am taking? The company is Ganeden. |

Ive heard of the healthy trinity before, this stuff is so expensive. its like $50 ffor 30 pills. I think you have to find at brand where the bacteria are living, so these pills would most likely be refridgerated. Also ive heard you can eat plain yogurt for IBS. It has to be the kind you would get from a store like Mothers or Bread and Circus. More like a health food store. Im not sure if they would have this at a regular grocery store |

| i was just looking up the yogurt thing and for it to help it has to be called "live or active yogurt". This doesnt reallly sound too tasty to be honest, but id try it.It said in the page that i was reading that it helps the immune system, people that are lactose intolerant, allergies, and lowers cancer risk. |

I have recently started to take a product produced by MiVitality called InLiven (available in Australia). Its a probiotic in powder form. I have had trouble with IBS like symptoms caused by CFS for 2.5 years now and have tried lots of things.
This is the only thing that has helped and its fantastic! I was taking Epsom salts daily for 5 months which had its ups and downs and this is sooooo much better.
This is one place you can order it from, but im not sure if they ship overseas. http://www.living-energy.com.au/?page=inliven
