Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia

hi everyone,
ive been having the worst brain fog lately, i feel disoriented, really disconnected from what im doing. I have a hard time paying attention to movies or reading. Im thinking about going to a neurologist, but its might just be a wastle
do you guys have brain fog this bad?

i feel like that alot of the time. I just cant focus and do feel disoriented. I havent been to a neurologist but ive seen plenty of other doctors.
I dont think everybody with cfs has brain fog extremely bad, some people just have severe fatigue without the brain fog.
If you are feeling really sick, maybe you should go have yourself checked out just to make sure that it isnt something else.
