anyone have sleep apnea? Ive been waking up in the middle of the night gasping for breath, its been going n for a while now. Im not sure if its the cfs or the sleeping pills i am taking. I had a sleep study a long time ago and they didnt find anything wrong, but i want really having this problem at that time.
Its really freaky when it happens, i feel like i cant breath, then when i full wake up i can start again. |

You need to get checked out again. You could be getting Central Apnea, this is where the brain shuts off the breathing (there is a Cpap machine which can handle those). You probably need to do another sleep study.

| yeah, i agree. I donesnt happen all the time, but it is pretty annoying and scary. Not the most pleasant feeling to have . |
