And I am continuing to improve. I have more energy and my brain is staying clear. I am slowly picking up a few threads of ordinary life. Day before yesterday I vacuumed the house for my wife! Yesterday I went to my first meeting of the keyboard group I've joined!
My legs are getting a little stronger, when they get tired I find I can keep pushing a bit further - this would normally result in extra leg fatigue plus general tiredness the next day but now it doesn't do that.
For some time now I have been taking 5000 mcg of sublingual B12 plus 500mcg B12 plus folic acid and that has been helpful - 10 days ago I cut down by 3000mcg B12 and still continued to improve. Today I am down to 1000mcg B12 plus the folic acid only.
One of the best things to happen is the "Feel Good" component - I have periods of feeling just great. I am convinced that I am going to get much better even if I don't get completely cured.
I am beginning to enjoy life again.
Ken

I need to start taking b12 and folic acid, i keep hearing alot of people talking about it. If the ashok dvds work for you i will definately give it a try, im up for almost anything at this point.
Thanks Ken

i really hope this helps you. It would be nice to find a treatment that works for everyone with cfs.
I have an appt with an infectious disease specialist just to see what he says. I had high EBV titers in a blood test i had a while back. Im hoping he'll let me try valcyte. I read that it had cured a some people.
I dont know if it would work for everyone, but it is defiantely worth a try

to be honest i was very skeptical about his at first, but i do hear alot of good things. Also i read that ashok had cfs himself and recovered. That makes me feel a little better about it. He's not just trying to scam a few bucks out of sick people.
Good luck with this ken, have fun at keyboard class
