i think anything is worth a try at this point. There arent any good medial treatments yet, so you just gotta try alot of different things and find out what will work for you. Im up for anything

Does that mean that you are going to give the Gupta Program a try?

ive just started mine now too, takes quite a few days to get through all the dvds tho so no impressions yet other than it sounds extremely plausible.

Im a natural cynic but NLP is a proven tool and i do believe that if you put the work in (and its quite a lot of work from what i can see so far!) you will be able to retrain your amygdala, wether that cures you or not.

This treatment looks promising enough that maybe it should have its own forum section? Its far less extreme than the marshal protocol. (how on earth do people do that without a 99% guarantee you'll get better with it?!). It would be good to have everything on it in one place.

I agree with you about having a seperate forum section for the Gupta Program - I did ask the moderator if he would do that - he said he was considering it but so far nothing has happened.

Hi Jaykay - I'm continuing to slowly improve - I will give another update when I've been on the course for 3 months. Why don't you try it - its not expensive and also you can get your money back if you have shown no improvement after 6 months.
