Magnsium deficiency is a pretty common thing in Fibromyalgia patients. Alot of poople feel that it can improve their pain, sleep and energy levels. (me included). I know magnesium cant effect you blood pressure, maybe a magnesium supplement could help with that as well. You should ask your dr about it.
Magnesium usually helps, but ive also read that in people with adrenal problmes it can cause problems if your blood pressure is already too low. That why i would suggest talking to you doc before youing it for that. Maybe he could give you an idea of the right amount to take also
Let us know if it works out |

Salt tablets? I know that normal table salt doesn't have the minerals we need. Try using Celtic Sea salt unbleached. You can easily get it at your local grocery store (mine came as a cool grinder).
Also magnesium is often associated with calcium as together they can keep your body up and running. Maybe a cal/mag supplement? I am taking one now although i believe coral calcium is better for you. |

| i tried salt pill that were made for chronic fatigue. I forget the name of them maybe you can check for them on google. I think all it had in it was salt, potasium and magnesium. But it said on the label that it was made for people with chronic fatigue. I have a problem where i get light headed and almost faint, when i stand up too fast. So i read that salt pills might help. It maybe helped a little bit |

| I got this fainting problem when i became sick, its called neural mediated hypotension (i think thats what its called), but my blood pressure would drop when i stood up from sitting down. I was taking beta-blockers for it but my dr suggested trying salt pills also |

| Calcium? Huh. My body CRAVES calcium. I have a hard time convincing myself that I shouldn't be eating so much, since I had a calcium-caused kidney stone a while back. Maybe if I supplement myself with some extra Mag., it might help some more. I'll talk to my doctor about it. |
