I recently tried sublingual B12 supplements. I took it before bedtime. About the next 24 hrs I had complete insomnia and felt alot of anxiety.I think it was the B12 i also took co-q10 and chromium supplements. Any similar experiences to this?

the b12 can definately increase your energy, and probobly give you insomnia.
If you want to try it again take it in the morning. Also your body should get used to it after a while

when i first went to my dr - my B12 level was low - they thought this was th reason for my tirednedd and exhaustion, then my level went up, but i was still this way - tey thought thryoid, glandular feever etc and diagnosed me by process of elimination. After they stopped my B12 jabs - i did start to feel worse again, i take a multi vit with b12, and its in red meat too guys. If your vegetarian and have cfs - u really need a b12 suplement, its hard to get it in your food other wise.
