A couple of weeks ago I took over the wood chopping from my wife, I hadn't done that job for 5 years. Yesterday not only did I do the wood but I then went on and washed the car, something else I hadn't done for 5 years, then I went shopping with my wife and I feel good today - no relapse!!!! I have been on the Gupta course now for exactly 6 weeks, the progress is amazing me. The Gupta page on this site carries quite a few other success stories http://www.chronicfatiguetreatments.com/wordpress/treatments/amygdala-retraining-gupta-program-interview/

Hi Vanessa, I really wouldn't know whether one part of it is any more helpful than another. The program covers quite a lot and Ashok advises to do everything consistently and continually. All I know is that I keep improving. Ashok indicates that improvement is not linear, you can have some poor days, can't say that I've had a really poor day since I started but I have had the odd slightly off day. Whatever - the cost of the program is reatively inexpensive and it has been worth the money even if I didn't get any better from where I am now. Why not give it a go!
