Buy Korean Ginseng

Korean ginseng is an adaptogen that traditionally comes from Northern China or Korea. It is the same plant material as panax ginseng, but it is also dried or steamed. Korean ginseng is well know for its energ increasing properties, but it also may have antioxidant or anticarcinogenic properties. It is a very safe supplement, and is non-toxic in even large doses.

It does boost energy, but it was a little too stimulating for me. I am very sensitive to stimulants and can’t even drink caffeine. But i think this might help people who find improvement with drugs like adderall.

Well, being a 50 year old woman and going through severe menopause symptoms, I was advised by a friend to try Korean Ginseng capsules (500 g). I bought some and almost immediately noticed that hot flashes and night sweats stopped. I took 2 capsules per day. I started it, and couple of days later those horrid symptoms stopped! However, two weeks later, I started to experience extreme period-like pain…( I must ad, that my period stopped recently) well, for 5 days I literally lived with pain so severe, that I can only compare it to labour pains.. My partner suggested it could be those Ginseng caps, so I stopped taking them. My pain stopped too the very next day…
I would like to hear from you if you had similar experience. I looked on-line for side effects of Korean Ginseng, and it does not mention the symptoms I suffered.
