Antibiotics for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia Symptoms?

I have been taking anti-biotics for almost a year now and it really does seem to help me . The protocol i have been using is the Garth Nicholson Protocol. I take two different antibiotics twice a day, Amoxicillin and doxycycline. I just read a study from this month antibioticsthat talked about the use of azithromycin in Chronic Fatigue Syndrome patients. The study said that %60 of the patients had a decrease in symptoms when they were on azithromycin. The doctors thought that the beneficial effect of the antibiotics were being caused by the immunomodulating effects of the drug on the immune cells. The study also said that the patients had lower than normal acetylcarnitine levels and that might show that the patients were under more oxidative stress.
I might try taking l-carnitine because i also have really low antioxidant levels in my body. I think my lasst test it was at 33% of normal. Ive also had benefits from supplements that are immune system modulators (like earth dragon or transfer factor), so this study just kind of backs of what i found in my own personal experiences.
