Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Acne

I havent read much about any type of relation between chronic fatigue syndrome and acne, but i did notice that as my cfs symptoms came on, my acne got worse. Since i was 14 i would get cystic acne and had to take antibiotics for it. The antibiotics got rid of the cysts for me, but in my early 20’s i started having symptoms of chronic fatigue. This also seemed to correlate with the worsening of my acne.viral fungal spray I started having concentration problems and started to get some cysts coming through at the same time. Alot of people say that antibiotics can cause chronic fatigue through a weakening of the immune system and killing off of beneficial bacteria. I know that i did have a pretty bad case of candida infection that i had to take a cellulase supplement (candex) to get rid of. Right now i am on the garth nicholson protocol in which i have to take 2 antibiotics simutaneously, so that pretty much takes care of my acne. I started taking a supplement for thyroid called iodorol and that pretty much made my face explode with acne (sorry thats a pretty gross image, it wasnt that bad) but then i added regular thyroid hormone and my face cleared up. Another thing that i use for ance when it gets bad sometimes is this viral-fungal spray.
This Stuff is great. All it is is grape seed and grapefruit seed extract, but it will get rid of acne. And if your getting a cold (which i am right now), I will use a whole bottle of it and the cold will go away pretty much every time. I dont think ive got a cold full on since i found out about this stuff. It also kill fungus as well as bacteria and viruses, so you dont have to worry about getting candida infections like you do with normal anti-biotics

I was diagnosed with CFS at 11 years old, and began to develop Cystic Acne in my early 20’s. After many courses of anti-biotics to treat the acne my dermatologist tried me on Spironolactone (a mediction created to treat high blood pressure) with wonderful results! I have been on the drug for 8 years now, and have also seen improvement in my CFS… though that probably has nothing to do with the Spironolactone. I’m certain the fact that I no longer require consistant doses of anti-biotics has been good for my overall health.

I am glad that your condition has improved. I hope that your progress continues.

I would be interested in obtaining the product that you mention – “Viral Fungal Fighter”. Is this a prescription, OTC drug, Herbal, etc.? Where might I purchase it? It sounds like this product has been a Godsend for you.

I’ve had CFIDS for decades and had a systemic yeast infection that was extremely exacerbated by taking antibacterial antibiotics off and on for a period of two years. I was 25 years old when I started the protocol and completely ignorant of the yeast infection potential. I took oral nystatin powder for 17 years to get it under control. I had acne problems erupt during this period and still have an eruption occasionally.

I would appreciate a reply that helps me find this product. Thanks.

I have dealt with CFS for nearly 20 years and discovered gluten is a major trigger. I advice all who suffer with CFS to go gluten free. Also, I LOVE LOVE LOVE Viral Fungal Fighter and would not be without it!
