I had a candida infection as a result of long term anti-biotics for acne. This was really hard to get rid of at first because i was using the wrong treatments. I first tried diflucan and low sugar diet. Then i had my candida anitbodies checked after this, and it didn’t realy change much. Then i tried nystatin, which is a bad tasting liquid you have to take four times per day, and it didnt work either. Then when i was getting my hyperbaric oxygen treatments, i met some guy in the waiting room who happened to be a naturopathic doctor who had some really good credentials from Yale and some other places. He told me to take Cellulase pills. Cellulase is an enzyme that helps you digest fiber. But, it also will digest the cell walls of the Candida. I started taking Cellulase supplements. I had my antibodiy levels cehcked again and within 3-4 months, my candida antibody levels went from 35-45 to 1.5-2, and 2 is within the normal range. If you have a Candida infection you are trying to get rid of, I would suggest you give this a try.

Olive leaf extract 20% OLEUROPEIN or higher is i think infact better to eliminate candida and other yeasts ,bacteria and viruses . If you search google you will find some different brands but there are not that many that make olive leaf with 20% OLEUROPEIN.go slow work up to 2 gram per day and stop if you get strong die off then re start once you feel improved.

Can i take this in conjunction with candigest 5 and also probiotics? How did u have ur antibodies checked? I have had Candida for over 9 yrs. It is at a really bad place at the moment.. but gettn better.. with candigest 5.
So was it Dr Khalsa? Would be interesting to know, though I live nowhere near the US.
Was a low carb diet necessary to follow in conjunction withthe cellulase supplements to erradicate the candida overgrowth?
I live in Europe and if I asked my doctor to check my ‘antibody levels’ he would probably laugh.
I always seem to cut short my treatment of candida – whether it’s a natural or chemical treatment – so that it always comes back. How long will I need to take cellulase pills for? I have had Candida for 3 years…
It always seems to have the last laugh…..
