How To Prevent A Hangover with Vitamins

This is a post that might help you out on New Years Eve and especially the day after.

Hangovers are caused by a combination of two things: dehydration and a chemical called acetaldehyde. Acetaldehyde is a byproduct of alcohol metabolism and is what causes nausea, headaches and fatigue the day after you drink too much.

This Vitamin Cocktail should pretty much kill any hangover you might get after drinking too much on New Years:

The amino acid L-Methionine (1-3 grams)
Vitamin C (1-3 grams)
NAC- N-acetylcystine
B-Complex

Swallow down this Vitamin Cocktail with about 16 ounces of water and i guarantee you wont be suffering from any nausea, headaches, or fatigue. Take these vitamins before you go out or before you go to bed and you should be pretty much pain free. Ive used this remedy many times and it definately works. Give it a try and let me know.

Happy New Years

Hi try alcomate, you will not believe how effective it is at reducing those nasty hangovers. Me and my girlfriends use nothing else now.
