Lemon, Olive Oil, and Garlic Liver Flush

This really isn’t the best tasting drink ive ever had, but if you have Chronic Fatigue it might improve your energy and concentration. Here is the recipe for the drink:
1. Squeeze enough lemons to make 11oz of lemon juice.
2. Grate 2 cloves of garlic and half a teaspoon of fresh ginger, then press both in a garlic press
3. Pour 11oz of cold pressed good quality olive oil glass.
4.Mix these all together and Enjoy

The drink can cause you to become nauseous as your liver is cleansed of toxins. I consumed this drink every other day for a couple weeks because it made me feel better. But I think its recommended that you do 3 treatments total. One every other week, till the 3 treatments are finished

Rosemary Gladstar makes an amazing and delicious version of this. Her recipe is in her book, “The Science and Art of Herbology”. It is
1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
3/4 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
1 tablespoon extra virgin organic olive oil
2-4 cloves raw garlic
Put in blender and blend until creamy and frothy. If possible, this should be consumed in the morning.
